You have 15 days from delivery to make a refund request on qualifying items.

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you must return the item in the same condition as you received it, which includes the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.  If the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

There are certain but few scenarios where 509thtactical.com does NOT support returns or refunds:

1. A Return/Refund request is made 16 days or more from the day of delivery.
2. The product is used, unsealed, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
3. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies, etc.
4. When defective products are covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
5. Any consumable item which has been used, unsealed, or installed.
6. Products with serial numbers which have been tampered with, or are missing.
7. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
8. Fragile items, hygiene-related items.
9. Custom-created items made specifically for you or your group affiliation.

The items that can not be returned/refunded are:

Items marked as "clearance" or are clearly noted as having a No-Return Policy.

When the description notes clearly state the item/s cannot be returned or refunded.

Product items listed below will ALWAYS have a no-returnable and no-refund policy.
